One of the objectives of this project is to grow the highly efficient researchers and technical experts who can innovate and develop the extensive and complicated simulation software and take a central role of computational science.

40-50 Post-Doctoral researchers are employed and are trained in corporation with top-level researchers and expert engineers. In five years, the project will also produce 100 or more software engineers, 10 or more PhD and a few top-level project managers who can design the simulation code consist of a million lines.

Advancesoft Corp. is willing to employ these experts continuously for industrializing the project results. It will contribute to the stable employment of leading researchers and expert engineers and the establishment of software industries in Japan.
